once everything has been received and reviewed we will then advertise the property on our system that will expose your property to some of the biggest portals in the area allowing you to sell the property as quickly as possible
This will only cost you £400

Sell it yourself PLUS includes further services to aid you in the easy sale of your property.
This option take the majority of the work away from you and only leaves you with a few points to take care of

This is the traditional way to sell your home, we take care of everything for you at a flat rate of only £1000.
You don't have to worry about anything at all, we keep you updated every step of the way and get the best possible price for your property, you ovoid all the hassle and potential hold-ups usually involved in property sales
